​Policy
While we cherish children and pets, our studio operates under the same regulations as a tattoo shop. As such, minors and animals are not permitted in the studio during permanent makeup services. By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you have read and understood the FAQs and the Pre + Post Care Instructions provided on this website, including the necessary maintenance and aftercare guidelines.


Deposit
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required and is non-refundable. This amount will be applied as credit toward your service. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of your appointment.
We accept payments via Zelle, cash, or credit/debit cards. Please note that deposits are not transferable between clients, and any applicable surcharges will apply.

Cancellations
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Additionally, appointments can only be rescheduled up to two times. If an appointment is rescheduled more than twice, your initial deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.

If you cancel or do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. To rebook, a new deposit will be necessary.
If you or anyone in your household is showing COVID-19 symptoms, please reschedule your appointment for everyone’s safety.
